Amir — Founder of EvronStudio
I'm a RevOps consultant. Over the past several years I've run more than 30 CRM implementations for B2B teams in the US and UK — mostly agencies, consultancies and specialist service firms between 5 and 60 people.
Why I built EvronStudio
Every implementation ended the same way: the CRM was fine, and the client work still lived in four other tools. Diagrams in one place, tasks in another, documents in a third, client files emailed as attachments. So I built the thing I kept recommending and couldn't buy — boards, docs, files, tasks, projects and a branded client portal sharing one database.
What I write about here
- Process mapping and diagramming that survives contact with a real client
- Task and project systems small teams actually keep updated
- Document and SOP practice for delegating work
- Client portals, permissions and secure file sharing
- Consolidating a SaaS stack without losing the quarter
Everything I publish comes from implementations I've done or systems I run. Where I don't have data, I say so.
