Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This page is maintained by the Evron Studio team and explains what data the Evron Studio web and mobile app collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It describes our current practices and is not an independent certification or audit.

Who we are

Evron Studio is a collaborative workspace for boards, documents, projects, tasks, and client portals. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@evronstudio.com.

Information we collect

  • Account data — your email address, display name, avatar, and the workspaces and roles assigned to you. Provided when you sign up or when someone invites you.
  • Workspace content — boards, documents, projects, tasks, comments, templates, and uploaded files that you or your teammates create in the product.
  • Operational data — activity records such as sign-ins, content edits, share-link usage, and version history, used to power collaboration, audit logs, and troubleshooting.
  • Waitlist and feedback — the email address and message you submit when joining the waitlist or sending feedback.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

How we use it

  • To provide and operate the product, including real-time collaboration and sharing.
  • To authenticate you and keep accounts and workspaces secure.
  • To send service email such as sign-in links, invitations, notifications, and digests.
  • To enforce plan limits, investigate abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers that help us run Evron Studio: our hosting and application platform, our managed database and file storage provider, and our transactional email provider (used to deliver mail from notify.evronstudio.com). Content you deliberately share — via share links, client portals, or workspace invitations — is visible to the people you share it with. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Content is retained while your account and workspace remain active. Deleted boards, docs, and files first move to Trash and can be restored by workspace members; emptying Trash or deleting your account removes the content from the live product, with residual copies expiring from routine backups thereafter. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@evronstudio.com from your account address.

Security

Traffic to Evron Studio is served over HTTPS, and data is stored with our managed database and storage provider with row-level access rules that scope records to your workspace and role. Access to production systems is limited to Evron Studio staff who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and report anything suspicious to us.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage strictly to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, and queue edits while you are offline. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in Account settings, export your workspace data as JSON, and request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honour valid requests at no cost.

Children

Evron Studio is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will also be announced in-product or by email.
